Can I change tiers later?

What counts as an enquiry?

Any submission through your form, the inbound webhook, or manually created in the dashboard. No charge for status updates or replies.
What happens if I exceed my tier?

You'll be billed for overages at the per-enquiry rate for your tier. We'll email you when you cross 80% so there's no surprise.
Are AI Valuations included?

AI Valuations are an add-on on every tier at £79/month, billed alongside your subscription. Enterprise customers can negotiate inclusion. Credits roll over month-to-month, no expiry.
Is there a free trial?

We don't do free trials. You can explore the dashboard and analytics with sample data at /demo/dashboard before talking to us.
Can I bring my own domain for emails?

Yes. Growth and above support custom email domains. We'll help you set up DNS records during onboarding.
How does cancellation work?

Cancel from Settings any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it ends automatically. No early-termination fees, no last-minute renewals.
Can I delete enquiries on request?

Yes. Owners and admins can delete an enquiry, its images and its audit trail in one click. This is built for GDPR right-to-erasure requests, and the deletion itself is logged for compliance.
