Take on more work without hiring.

An overloaded inbox, sorting itself. We built one of these for a regional auction house and handed the team 1.5 people's worth of time back.
Sound familiar?
If two or three of these are yours, you're not short of people. You're short of the tool that would let the people you have do more.
You're typing the same job details into three different places.
Your diary is a whiteboard, and only one person can read it.
You turned work away last month because nobody could get to it.
The business stops moving the day you're off site.
Every quote starts from a blank page you've filled in a hundred times.
Someone's morning is two hours of sorting the inbox before real work starts.
You know the number's in there somewhere, across four spreadsheets.
The answer to "where's that job at" is always "let me check".
The maths that decides it
£0
Ten hours a week of admin is most of a part-time salary, roughly £12k to £15k a year, every year. A build that removes it is a few thousand pounds, once.
£500/day · typically 3–5 days · then it just runs
Admin cost removed, over one year
Four steps, no jargon.
We talk
A 30 minute call. You describe the work. We listen for the ceiling.
We find the ceiling
The one thing your team physically can't do more of. That's what we build for.
Fixed-price build
Agreed number of days, quoted before we start. Overrun is our problem, not yours.
We keep it running
£100 a month. Hosting, fixes, small changes, a review every quarter.
Why teams choose us
Most agencies sell you a platform and a subscription. We do the opposite. Here's the difference in five lines.
One tool, not a platform
We build the single thing that raises your ceiling, not a sprawling system your team has to learn.
Fixed price, agreed up front
You know the number before we start. If it overruns, that's our problem, not yours.
You own what we build
The tool is yours to keep, code and all. No hostage software, no lock-in.
No subscriptions you don't need
£100/mo only if you want us keeping it running. It's genuinely optional, and you can stop anytime.
Measured in hours saved
We're done when your team has its time back, not when a feature list is ticked off.
Every claim traces to a real project.
£500
A day. Day count agreed before we start, so you know the number going in. No retainer to sign, no scope creep, no surprise invoice.
See full pricingThe questions we always get
What if the build takes longer than you quoted?
You pay the number we quoted and not a penny more. The price is the agreed number of days, settled before we start. If it runs over, that is ours to carry, not yours.
Who owns the tool when it is finished?
You do, code and all. No licence to renew, no lock-in, nothing held hostage. It is yours to keep, to move, or to hand to another developer.
Is the £100 a month compulsory?
No. It covers hosting, fixes, small changes and a review every quarter, and it is genuinely optional. You can stop it at any time, and the tool and its code stay yours either way.
How do I know one day is enough?
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so on the call. Most builds run three to five days, quoted as one fixed number before we start. If what you need is bigger than that, we will tell you rather than sell you a day that cannot land it.
What do I need to prepare for the call?
Nothing at all. Thirty minutes, and we ask what the work looks like day to day, where it jams, and what happens when you are off site. We are listening for the ceiling.
Thirty minutes. Pick a time.
