What was capping them
Probate valuations are detailed and they are frequent. Each one meant re-entering the same client and estate details across several places, formatting a document by hand, and checking totals that a spreadsheet should have owned. It was accurate but slow, and the slowness meant a valuer could only get through so many in a week.
What we built
A tool that takes the details once and produces the finished valuation document at the end, correctly formatted, totals handled. The valuer spends their time on the judgement that actually needs a human: what something is and what it is worth, not on typing and re-typing the wrapper around it.
What changed
Producing a valuation dropped by around 70%. The same valuer now gets through markedly more work in a week, and the document that goes to the family is consistent every time.
